Antenna Gain:

  • Gain is the ability of the antenna to radiate maximum power in a given direction or to absorb effectively.
  • Types:
    • Power Gain (Gp)
    • Directive Gain (Gd)

Antenna Efficiency:

  • It is defined as the ration of the radiated power to the total input power given to the antenna
